Proverbs 3:6 (KJV)
In all thy ways acknowledge him, and he shall direct thy paths.

Today, I am going to share in my blog my journey in this time of pandemic. So, welcome everyone. Let’s go!
March 19, 2020. It is where the pandemic first exist and has been confirm that the Covid-19 virus is now in Aklan. All of us have been terrified of that news. Our classes have been stop due to this news. I, in that time is just a Grade 11, senior high student and I did not really expect that this pandemic will be continue. I thought that I can go back to school in normal days just like before. And I really thought that I can march together with my parents in my recognition or graduation ceremony as I finished my senior high school. That is my dreams but this pandemic just blocks my dreams.
On the other hand everyone, I accepted the fact that even though I did not achieve that dreams of mine, many good things happen in my life during this pandemic.

Firstly, during this pandemic I have many times together with my family. Our bond and relationship in each other is now very strong. We watch and dine together now that back then I have to pack lunch so that I can eat at school since I have classes. We do household chores together; we go to church and praise God together. We mostly were spending our time when we worship. Then after that we video call my elder siblings so we can talk and send our regards to them. Laughing and asking random things to neglect the missed that we felt for each other. And as I look back in the past time we spend, I will still choose this time since it makes my family closer and open to each other.

Secondly, I spend my time during pandemic in God’s work. As a Christians specifically an Adventist youth, this pandemic have been a blessings in disguise to all of us. We have so many activities during this pandemic; we do visitations, camping and overnight together. As of today, our new activities are house worship, cleaning ours surrounding and we are the one who are handling the program in our church every first Sabbath. It is our mainly duty as a youth to strong our bond to each other and mostly in our God. I am very thankful since God blessed us in every work we do to preach his words to all people. And we are happy to do our duty as a youth of God. I have many learning that I have learned and discover the talent that God gave to me. And now all of my doubts are now slowly fading away. Even though there are many hindrances in our way, I always think that God has a better plan in me in this time of pandemic.

And lastly, now in my college years has been really hard for me in adjusting and adapting new environment but that things did not stop me to shine on my own. I realized that when we love our duties both as a student, a daughter or son and as a child of God we can do everything when we do our works with love, endeavors, and trust God in everything. I believe that no matter what journey we encounters during this pandemic, we can stand still all along and continue life full of hopes and trust in our heart.

Everyone! Before I end my blog, I would like to share some of my favorite verse that can be found in the book of John 14: 1 it says; Let not your heart be troubled, ye believe in God believe also in me. That will remind us that we should trust God in his entire plan because God has a better plan for us amidst this pandemic.
Have a nice and safe day everyone! God bless us all. Goodbye for now…
